Due to growth our client is looking to recruit a sewing machinist to work in their Sunderland site Monday to Thursday 8am-17.00pm and 8am-12pm on a Friday.


Duties include:

  • Checking quality of panels prior to sewing
  • Ensuring quality and quantity match the manufacturing order information
  • Using a sewing machine to attach panels together to form satchels/products
  • Using a sewing machine to sew canvas materials together and elements of trim section
  • Maintaining a good production pace and being aware of the required standard of finish on all products
  • Adhere to H&S rules
