Role Overview:
Their private client department in Tunbridge Wells is undergoing expansion.

They are seeking a solicitor with experience working in a busy private client department in a large regional or well-known firm to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Private Client
  • Advise on complex inheritance tax issues
  • Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Manage estate administration
  • Handle applications to the court of protection

Requirements:

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work under their own initiative
  • Commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills
  • Excellent technical ability
  • Experience in a similar role within a large regional or wellknown firm
  • Strong IT and document management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be flexible
