About the Role:

Join our Training Team at our cutting-edge facility in Peterborough. As a Production Operations Trainer, you'll deliver top-notch training, coaching, and mentoring while ensuring compliance and updated training records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting new employees during their initial 12 weeks.
  • Conducting Standard Operating Procedures and policy training.
  • Maintaining precise training records.
  • Leading group training sessions when necessary.
  • Ensuring consistent training delivery across all shifts.
  • Collaborating with agency teams for staff training.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in production or training within Fresh Produce, Food Production, or FMCG.
