Balustrade Sales Executive

Are you an experienced sales professional, looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in both B2B and B2C sales? As a Balustrade Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our balustrade products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals. We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Engage with clients to present our balustrade solutions effectively.
- Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve them.
- Regularly update sales reports and CRM, track progress, and communicate results to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or architectural hardware industry.
- Proactivity: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on identifying new opportunities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A confident and pro-active nature, so you'll be someone who is always looking for Solutions and ways to improve
- Happy to adapt, go beyond the Day Job, and undertake a wide range of tasks across the Balustrade team

- £42,000 OTE, with uncapped commission
- 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts
- 33 Days annual leave
