Here at Right at Home Stevenage, Letchworth and Hitchin we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants.

We are a friendly, local, award winning home care provider and are now looking for more great people to join an already fantastic team who can be flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest quality of care and support for our clients.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.

Working from a flexible shift pattern of 5pm until 10pm in the evenings and alternate weekends in the Stevenage, Letchworth, Hitchin and surrounding areas.

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
