As an SEMH Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Your compassion, patience, and understanding will help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs
- Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments
