Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance.
  • File management in accordance with the Quality Procedures Manual, LAA Contract and Lexcel requirements.
  • Managing a caseload efficiently and effectively
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and SRA Accounts Rules
  • Undertaking legal research and maintaining legal knowledge
  • Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Equality and Diversity Policy
  • Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in conducting assessments
  • Knowledge of community resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate services.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
