Position:
Responsibilities:
- Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance.
- File management in accordance with the Quality Procedures Manual, LAA Contract and Lexcel requirements.
- Managing a caseload efficiently and effectively
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and SRA Accounts Rules
- Undertaking legal research and maintaining legal knowledge
- Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures
- Ensuring compliance with Equality and Diversity Policy
- Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in conducting assessments
- Knowledge of community resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate services.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
