Job Description

Responsibilities

Here's a great chance to boost your current skill set. Join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You'll receive full training and clinical support to enhance your skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. Our care services cater to individuals of all ages, providing support in the community and in their homes, particularly those with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Expect to travel to different locations within a 75-mile radius and be part of an on-call rotation. Each day will bring new challenges, allowing you to brighten your clients' days while advancing your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Prior experience in social care is essential for this role. We're seeking individuals with empathy, caregiving skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills within a collaborative team environment.
