To work efficiently, conscientiously, safely, and to maintain high standard of care provision supporting clients in their daily living activities.
Main duties are:
- To work as part of a team and contribute to the home's efficiency
- To contribute and participate in staff meetings and attend update/refresher training whilst recognizing the need to self-develop.
- To adhere to the Home Policies and Procedures and raise awareness of non-compliance.
- To observe the Health and Safety Policy and work safely to include COSHH/PPE.
- To enhance and promote the client's quality of life through effective working, efficiency and attention to detail.
- To be caring, sympathetic and tactful when dealing clients and their relatives.
- To assist clients with their personal care giving help in areas of bathing, washing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene and sanitary requirements but supporting independence.
Job Types:

Pay:
£11.00-£14.60 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 11 per week
