The role of Senior Regulatory Specialist offers you the chance to work with a globally recognised business with a strong client base who are even having to currently turn down work The successful Senior Regulatory Specialist will have the chance to be a department head and also work on a hybrid / remote basis.

Responsibilities; but not limited toImplementing and leading regulatory projects (UK & EU Biocidal Product Regulation)Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to high standards within budget.

Validating products in compliance with the relevant national / regional rulesWork with international partners to maintain the regulatory compliance of registered products.

Leading project teams working on biocides on a global level.
Developing regulatory strategies for the company and clients when required.

Communication with European and International agenciesFurther development of biocide and cosmetics regulationsWorking on REACH registrationsWorking closely with NPD, commercial and technical teams in the business
Requirements: Experience in a chemical regulatory or technologist roleKnowledge of Biocidal, GHS/CLP, detergents or cosmetics regulations.
Experience of researching and keeping up to date with regulatory changesSDS authoring experience is desirable.
Leadership qualities or previous management experience would be highly desirable.
