Foxden is an acclaimed British burger eatery located in SW London. We are on the lookout for a skilled Chef to join our close-knit team and contribute to the continued success of the business.

• Assist in various aspects of restaurant operations.
• Organize and supervise staff, assigning tasks effectively.
• Maintain responsibility for maintaining the restaurant's food hygiene rating.
• Ensure food preparation aligns with specifications.
• Adhere to allergen policies rigorously and ensure team compliance.
• Participate in recruitment procedures alongside the Owner.
• Motivate the team to be proactive, particularly during quieter periods.
• Oversee Health and Safety measures, complying with company regulations.
• Facilitate a harmonious working environment among all team members.
• Manage staff and implement necessary corrective actions with the support of the Owner.
• Ensure adherence to internal company policies and industry standards.
• Take charge of business operations in the absence of the Owner.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in a Head Chef position within a similar-sized restaurant.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding leadership, team-building, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with industry protocols and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making proficiencies.
