The post holder will be responsible for providing organisational support to the Director of Clinical Studies in the provision of Brunel Undergraduate Medical Education.


To co-ordinate and help facilitate in the delivery of medical student programmes/timetables within the Trust by building strong links/relationships at a divisional level with the clinicians on site to ensure that curriculum requirements are met.

Maintaining and developing a good educational experience for all Brunel undergraduate medical students.


To possess the ability to work independently and unsupervised in an academic/NHS environment and is to maintain good lines of communication between Brunel and Hillingdon NHS Trust regarding Undergraduate Medical Education.

To work collaboratively with our Imperial Undergraduate Teaching Co-ordinator by helping to deliver a cohesive teaching programme for all medical students placed at Hillingdon.


As a general requirement, the post holder will need to work flexibly between 8am and 4pm, or occasionally 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

To attend on occasion off-site training days at Brunel University.


The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services.

The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
