Appointment Setter

Position Summary:

Save With Solar is seeking a motivated appointment setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by engaging with potential customers directly. You will play a crucial role in generating interest in solar energy and our company's offerings, paving the way for new business in the real world

This role is an amazing opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and earn whilst doing it with major progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvassing in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments.
• Engage with homeowners in a friendly and informative manner to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and our company's services.
• Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate interest.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise success.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Save With Solar.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This position offers a heavily performancebased compensation structure, with large earning potential through commissions.
• Base pay is provided and increases over time (per quater).
• Opportunities for career advancement into high earning direct sales roles within the company. We are growing rapidly and always prefer hiring in house so quick progression is very much on the table.
• Training and ongoing support provided to help you succeed in your role.
