The role of a sales negotiator involves: qualifying potential buyers; identifying the needs of potential buyers and matching them to suitable properties.

A typical day will include; a morning meeting, enquiries handling, call outs (25+ per day), (pre)viewingproperties, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering the highest levels of customer service.


Compensation:
Competitive basic salary, plus commission OTE £45,000 plus (uncapped)

Guarantee equivalent to £30,000 for four months (note commission is still paid during this period)

Training provided as well as numerous other courses available.

Pool Car & mobile phone are provided.

Working hours: 9 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 6 pm finish on Friday.

9.30 am to 3.30 pm every other Saturday. (half-day lieu the following week or £125 paid for each Saturday)

Holiday: 21 Days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
