Main Purpose of Job:_

Duties & Responsibilities:_

Duties will include utilising stock management processes in order to maintain the regular retail sales and other duties, not limited to:

  • Managing daily listings on all E-commerce platforms
  • Liaising with suppliers & customers
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly statistical reports to IWH Online management
  • Overseeing various sales channels including Amazon, eBay, Backmarket and Shopify
  • Managing internal inventory system
  • Arranging and managing any returns from customers
  • Assisting with deliveries of stock to customers


Additional duties may include the testing of mobile phones and any hardware associated with the business alongside any IT support queries with the sister company, CoRE Educational Ltd.


  • Working as part of a growing team
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers
  • Experience in Excel and other databases essential
  • Experience in IT Sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in Mobile Phone industry (preferred but not essential)

The role of Customer Service Advisor will be office based as required.


The Customer Service Advisor may be required to perform additional duties outside of the day-to-day role which may include work outside of the standard day.


Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
