Our dedicated staff work as a team to provide the best possible opportunities for all our pupils no matter what their starting points.

Our primary aim is for pupils to develop into confident and independent young people fully ready to take the next steps in their education.

We value the whole child. Academic success is vital to us, but we also value the personal growth and developing self-worth of the individual. Our core values of kindness, respect and achievement pervade all we do.

In our recent positive Ofsted report, we were proud of their description of the school as 'a happy and caring place to learn.' Danesholme Junior is centred at the heart of our local community.

We welcome parents into school regularly and work alongside them to support our pupils.

Danesholme junior academy works in partnership with the neighbouring Danesholme Infant Academy under the leadership of an Executive Principal. The schools work very closely together, sharing leadership roles, staff and resources.

Visits to the academy, or telephone calls to our Executive Principal, Nikki Lamond are warmly welcomed.
