Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational business units and internal help desk.
  • Provides on the job training to new staff and assists new staff with attainment of understanding job responsibilities.
  • Elevates unresolved issues/problems to management.
  • Maintains appropriate documents required for internal/external audits.
  • Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
  • Responsible for performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and internal/client requirements.
  • May perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in related fields preferred. 13 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • PC proficient.
  • Responds to standard client requests.
  • Ability to use existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems.
  • Strong Analytical, communication, research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
