gap personnel are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a dynamic Marketing company based in Exeter. This role is a pivotal part of our client's operation, and strong datal analytical skills will be required.

Our client is one of the UKs leaders in advertising and marketing with a UK and EU base of clients.

Part of this role is prioritising customer satisfaction whilst maintaining high quality; service is everything.
As an administrator your role will be varied, but including:
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Perform data entry, data cleaning, and data validation tasks.
Analyse data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Emailing clients and providing real time shipping information
Processing orders using in house system.
Maintaining spreadsheets
Monitoring shared inbox
Diary management

Qualifications :
Proven experience in a data management or administrative role.
Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.
This role is office-based Monday to Friday 9-5pm in our client's offices based on Marsh Barton.
£27,500 per year including great company benefits and career progression.
Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
