As our
Corps Community Development Coordinator you will have a key and exciting role in developing our community engagement through practical, pastoral and spiritual assistance within our local community.

Due to a strong desire to grow our engagement within the community, we have created this new role to help us as a locally based Church team, deliver our current programme together with new activities within our Church building and potentially beyond.


You will take a leading role in programme planning and delivery, including spiritual programmes, ensuring there is a warm welcome and a safe space for all in our local community and that activities are responsive to local need and are spiritually and pastorally supportive.

This will involve but not be limited to, working with families and leading our parent and toddler group, having oversight of our newly formed weekly café fellowship and assisting with distributing food parcels.


Your role will be interesting and varied and will include the recruitment and management of volunteers offering opportunities to gain skills and confidence for those individuals as well as helping to ensure our programme can be sustained for the benefit of the local community.
