We are hiring a Corporate Solicitor at our Firm

Department: Corporate & Commercial | Location: Flexible

We are seeking a corporate / corporate and commercial solicitor with approximately 3 to 5 years' post-qualification experience to join our Corporate department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Your role will involve working on various aspects of the corporate life cycle, including:

  • Mergers and acquisition transactions
  • Advising on incorporation and constitutional arrangements, such as shareholder agreements
  • Traditional and alternative funding requirements
  • Lending and security matters
  • Corporate re/structuring and joint venture arrangements
  • Partnerships and other corporate entities

Additionally, we specialize in providing comprehensive advice to business owners and directors on various aspects of their business and personal journeys. This role presents an exciting opportunity to offer commercial and cross-departmental advice to clients.
