Based on the outskirts of Truro, in the Threemilestone Industrial Estate, the business has grown rapidly since its inception in 2018 and is now experiencing a period of significant growth.

The Role
We are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the sales team, acting as a first point of contact for all customers.


Core Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve customers both face to face and via inbound telephone calls, always delivering excellent customer service.
  • Process orders placed via our website.
  • Monitor shop stock levels, working with the wider team to ensure stock is replenished effectively.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the shop, ensuring it is always clean and tidy.
  • Work with the wider business to ensure customer orders are fulfilled successfully.
  • Provide quotations and technical advice to customers based on their requirements.
  • Provide help and support to other areas of the business as needed.

Weekly working hours are as follows:

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 7:30am 4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Friday)
  • No weekends or bank holidays
  • No working over the Christmas break.

The Package
Starting wage of £ £11.00 per hour.


28 days holiday per year (This will increase by 1 day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays).
