Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the endtoend process of daily shipments and orders
  • Handling eCommerce orders
  • Updating CRM
  • Overseeing international freight orders by generating and managing shipping quotes & invoices, liaising with freight providers, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place, and troubleshooting
  • Act as a primary point of contact for various departments, facilitating smooth communication and information exchange between teams
  • Collaborate & liaise with senior managers to understand their requirements and goals, providing necessary support and assistance as needed
  • Assisting in stock operations and management, monitoring accessory stock levels, and coordinating the transfer of stock between headquarters and engineers
  • Scheduling appointments and effectively managing the diaries of our Senior team members, optimising their time and prioritising tasks
  • Setting timely reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks to ensure prompt attendance and followup
  • Attending meetings and taking comprehensive notes, accurately capturing discussions, decisions, and actioning items
  • Preparing concise and professional meeting minutes and distributing them promptly to all participants, ensuring effective communication and accountability
  • Ensure efficient office administration by regularly monitoring and managing supplies, including sundries, to maintain uninterrupted office operations
  • Handling customer requests for service visits & documentation
  • Undertaking basic purchasing duties
  • Part of the role will involve providing highlevel administrative support to senior team members and Directors across the business, adapting to evolving business needs Additionally, the position will entail offering coverage and support during team absences

Skills Required:

  • Educational Qualification: A-Level certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using a computer
  • Understanding Excel and CRM systems _is desirable _
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
