The Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join the Vascular Surgery Team.

Accountable to the Service Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational standards within the Vascular Surgery service.


The Band 3 post holder will be responsible for working closely with the Vascular Clinical Nurse Specialist team to help manage patient waiting lists, for both theatre and non-theatre lists across two sites (St Marys Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital).

The post holder will support the clinical team in delivering excellent care for our patients by providing an effective and efficient clerical support service.


Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the Vascular department and manage and prioritise workload liaising closely with the other administration staff, Clinical Nurse Specialists and management in the Department.

Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
