You will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently, effectively,and that Restore Digital objectives are met.


As a Team Leader your main responsibilities will be to coordinate the day to day running of the scanning production team, ensure adherence to compliance standards and Restore policies.


You will be a key member of the production team effectively working with other members of the Scanning department to meet strict SLA's.


You will be working to a high level of accuracy and liaising with section leaders to understand customer requirements and ensuring workloads are managed efficiently, effectively, and that Restore Digital objectives are met.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the line manager in coordinating and the implementation of dayto day activities for the department
  • The first point of contact for the team in dealing with enquiries and conflicting priorities raised by line manager
  • Report daily metrics to line management
  • Coach, advise and motivate team members to attain a high level of personal and professional achievement in line with business requirements

Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence andthe Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.

And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
