Working with emerging technology vendors, offering essential technologies, the right candidate will have strong customer service/sales experience and thrive in a target driven environment.

The Role:

  • Identifying and establishing new customer accounts, and recognise cross selling opportunities
  • Account managing existing customers, whilst contributing to new business (B2B)
  • Consulting with customers, selling and supporting products and services
  • Point of contact for all quote requests from the customer, seeking solutions
  • Support external sales in managing account administration
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service, and building lasting client relationships

The Candidate:

  • Previous sales or account management experience is essential
  • A passion to start a career in tech sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated to learn about technical products and services
  • Experience working to targets and overcoming objections
  • Proactive nature
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • IT literate
