Our client, based in Lancashire
, is currently recruiting for an ASB Officer on a temporary contract for three months.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for working on high to low level ASB complaints, most are domestic abuse related
  • Completing a witness statements with victims and interview perpetrators
  • Attending court when required for evictions
  • Responsible for the safeguarding of tenants and ensuring the right processes are followed to ensure their safety
  • Advising customers about possible tenancy breaches to give them opportunity to remedy the matter, offering referrals to support agencies both internal and external, to ensure breaches are kept to a minimum, and that action taken is a proportionate response
  • Liaising with external agencies on a regular basis, including the police

Experience required:

  • Experience working with high and low levels of ASB
  • Attended court
  • Dealt with tenancy breaches and evictions

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week


 Monday
  • Friday, daily core hours are 08:30am17:00pm
