We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established finance team, with a competitive salary and excellent benefitsto match.


Your lead responsibility will be to provide financial expertise to help navigate through a period of growth throughout the business, working closely with the Financial Controller and the wider finance team.


Your new role:

  • Responsibility leading the Accounts Receivable:
  • Supporting the financial controller with project analysis and cash flow forecast.
  • Payments processing in Barclays, conducting bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, and reconciling project lifecycle accounts.
  • Purchase process: helping raise purchase orders, managing the PO ledger and reviewing options for improvement.
  • Reconciliation of cash received.
  • Liaising with the contracts management team to manage debt queries and invoicing clients.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset register management and month end accruals
  • Support with VAT and CIS submissions on monthly basis
  • Audit support
  • Adhoc financial duties
