An exciting opportunity has opened up for a proficient part time
Recruitment Coordinator looking to aid a growing team with expertise and drive.

You will be good organised and skilful in prioritising and reprioritising throughout your day. Experience in supporting high volume recruitment campaigns would be beneficial. In this role, no two days are the same ensuring you will never be bored

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the recruitment process from vacancy req through to onboarding using the ATS.
  • Organising a high volume of interviews.
  • Screen CVs against agreed criteria.
  • Follow up calls to applicants as appropriate.
  • Provide clerical assistance for both internal and external recruitment campaigns.
  • Aid the final stages of the recruitment process and construction of offer letters and contracts of employment.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience within recruitment, ideally from a highvolume background.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the competence to switch between tasks.
  • Knowledge of social media and job boards.
  • Good IT experience expressly MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
