- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff, servers, and customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete food orders
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation is a plus
