The
day shift times are 7am - 7pm, The
night shift times are 7pm - 7am.

Josh's Care Company Ltd was founded with a deeply personal mission. It all started when the directors son, Josh, experienced a life-altering spinal cord injury. He quickly realised that the care options available fell short of providing the comprehensive support he needed.

Determined to ensure his well-being and enable him to live a fulfilling life, he took matters into his own hands.

About the role:

  • As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional specialised care to a vibrant man with a highlevel spinal cord injury.
  • This individual requires roundtheclock care, including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, moving and handling, personal care and pressure care.
  • Our dedicated team comprises two skilled carers who are always onsite to provide support and care. We are seeking highly motivated professionals who possess a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of Complex Care being an added advantage.
  • A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.

The service user:

  • Our service user is a 40yearold man who is very family orientated and has a fantastic sense of humour.
  • He is also a big football fan and supports Sheffield Wednesday.
  • Our goal is to find someone who can create a fun and enjoyable environment for him, ensuring that he is always happy and smiling.
  • He's eagerly looking forward to meeting his new Care Support Worker and building a meaningful connection with someone who shares his same interests and passions.
