As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, we'll expect you to -

· Ensure the supply of stock required to fulfil customer orders in a timely fashion, by placing daily purchase orders with our supply partners

· Monitor, analyse, manage, and source unavailable stock

· Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with supply partners

· Analyse Key Performance indicators (KPI's) from 150+ suppliers with the aim of optimising problem areas

· Work closely with IT, 3PL, finance and customer service teams to identity and formulate solutions for issues as they arise

· Assist in enhancing in-house processes such as live order tracking and stock replenishment

Training is provided.

As an applicant you will have -

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills for day to day workload
  • Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within a tight team
  • A self-starter attitude and ability to use own initiative

Previous experience within retail, at an entertainment retailer, ideally online, would be preferable but is not essential.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00)

Salary: Dependant on experience (£25k+)

Start date: Immediately
