A newly created Financial Accountant role focusing on reporting and control would make a significant move from practice, or for a technically industry-trained accountant who is looking to increase their experience and challenge themselves in a new role

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Bank payment authorisation and cash flow management
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support monthend and close yearend process
  • Assisting with audit processes
  • Develop and document robust business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control
