We are currently recruiting 1 bricklayer to join the AR Construction team.

We are looking for a enthusiastic, driven knowledgeable worker who can join the team on the best projects in a growing building company


You will be required to work as part of a team and have the initiative and skill to complete the job alone.

must be able to lay bricks,blocks and stone. Be able to set out and build plumb and level. experience in fitting steel work preferred but not a deal breaker.

Jobs vary from extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, new builds, garden walls, internal alterations, steel installs


this job will require you to have your own transport and tools but the company will subsided travel on anything over 10 miles from your home.

We work all over the north east and on site working house would be 8am-4:30pm

we work mainly on domestic builds/renovations some lived in some vacant so professionalism at work is a must.

no monday clubers, lazy people or chancers need apply.

cscs card not needed currently.

references will be required.

Paid trial period will be required.

After the trial period there will be a 3 month probation.

English speaking is a must

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£30,000.00 per year

  • Stoneworks: 5 years (required)
  • Bricklaying: 5 years (required)
  • Masonry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (required)
