We are currently looking to recruit Assembly Operatives for our Components department at our site on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

This role will be working on a 2 team shift roster of Monday to Friday:

Week One - 7.00am - 3.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday then 11.00am - 7.00pm Thursday and Friday.

Week Two - 11.00am - 7.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday then 7.00am - 3.00pm Thursday and Friday.

This assembly operative role will require you to build, test and pack link boxes ( full training provided); in a safe and efficient manner ensuring that attention to detail is maintained at all times to produce high-quality products.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement in Safety, Quality and Productivity in all areas of manufacturing.

The suitable candidate will be able to co-ordinate all aspects of production of a link box. Some of the tasks the successful candidate will be responsible for include:

Store duties (receiving, locating, kitting and physical control of stock) Setting up to manufacture including, understanding of production drawings and kitting list, assembly procedures, setting of mixing machinery, inspection and testing of product. Assembly of product from start to finish. Sap routines within cell. The ability to work within a team environment. Ability to work to targeted production schedules. To be committed to flexible working and continuous improvement.

Working safely, within specified training and risk assessments whilst supporting a culture of Zero Harm through your behaviour.

Successful applicant will ideally have:

·Previous experience of working in a factory environment.

·Enthusiasm and be highly motivated.

·Strong safety ethic and personal safety record.

·Possess a high level of drive, energy and commitment. Positive attitude prepared to take the initiative and make decisions that support operational targets.

·Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills.

·Basic keyboards skills and IT aptitude for, maintaining work records and relevant data recording.

·Good standard of education, achieving GSCE level or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.

Full Training will be provided for all new starters as well as future opportunities to progress and develop further.
