Assess painting surfaces, remove old paint, fill holes and cracks, and wash walls to ensure a smooth and clean foundation.

Select appropriate tools and materials for each job, demonstrating proficiency in their use.

Mix and match paints and colours to achieve the desired texture and appearance.

Clean and maintain painting tools and supplies, ensuring they are in optimal condition for future use.

Collaborate with fellow painters on larger projects, contributing to a seamless workflow and efficient completion.

Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as required to facilitate project success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Capacity to work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and decorating.
