Via a simply built grid playbook, you can capture those best practice processes, make them repeatable, collaborate with others and ensure that they're tracked down to the the most granular detail.

Having secured growth-enabling funding in 2021, Method Grid has grown significantly. We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our passionate and talented team.

Whilst we're a SaaS (B2B) technology business, we also provide our customers with professional services/consulting services.

While you will have the autonomy to promote our platform, it's experience in marketing P3M (project, programme and portfolio management)services that is our primary need.


The Role
We're looking to attract an experienced Marketing Manager who's capable of flipping between being strategic and hands-on.

You'll have budget to engage with agencies and external providers, but we're not at the stage where we can offer a completely strategicrole.


The aim of this advert isn't to describe what a Marketing Manager does - you'll know this already But we're looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and will stop at nothing to help us build a successful business and a great place to work.

Of particular interest would be Marketeers who are highly-skilled in content creation, notably those who are avid writers.

You're not on your own in this respect, we'll all assist, but having a keen interest in this area would be of significant benefit.

We're open to the idea of how we construct your working week.

Our offices are centrally located in Bath (we work there on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays) and our only 'demand' is that we are co-located as a team for a portion of the week.


About You
You'll probably have worked in a consulting/professional services before. You'll understand how to market such capability. But you'll also need to comfortable with - at least initially - a level of ambiguity.

In terms of years of trading, we're still a youngbusiness; and we're constantly looking to refine and improve our proposition.

We use Hubspot.

We've actually got a good level of internal expertise in how to get the best out of it, but we hope that you'll add to that.

All-in-all, if working in a start-up environment, with a relatively blank page to create your own marketing strategy, with a team of smart, engaged staff sounds like something that will get you leaping out bed in morning, then let's have a chat
