An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Lancaster University Management School in a new role that has been created to work across faculty and provide programme administration and faculty education support.

With around 5000 students in our community, you will be part of a collaborative professional services team that puts student and staff experience at the heart of our operations.


The Student Programmes Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering an excellent level of service to enable high quality administrative support to all students and academic staff.

Working closely with the Faculty Education Services Manager, they will work across department-based administration for students, programmes and modules.

They will work collaboratively across the faculty and with central professional services divisions, contributing to continuous improvement and looking to support and promote consistency of process across the faculty.

Digital skills will be an exciting part of this role as will the need to think creatively for solutions.

Project based work will be required around areas that will benefit the faculty as a whole and cover for departmental colleagues for short term periods will be required where the need arises.


This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple teams and has a keen interest in programme administration and student support.

Attention to detail will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships.
