CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL / LEGAL ASSISTANT IN RADLETT, HERTS
QED Legal is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or a Residential Property Legal Assistant to join our esteemed Legal 500 firm in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
We are searching for individuals without formal qualifications but with previous experience in conveyancing. Case handling skills are a bonus but not mandatory, with at least 1 year of experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following residential transactions:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
- new builds
Even if you lack experience in a couple of the mentioned transactions, we encourage you to apply. Please be aware that candidates without any residential conveyancing background will not be considered.
