We are looking to recruit a new team member to process telephone and website orders and manage our Ebay store.

Ideally with some experience in the following areas:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Becoming familiar with our product range and in time become fully independent.
• Planning and dispatching customer goods
• Liaising with customers on order and delivery updates.
• Processing online and telephone orders
• Updating company website with new stock information and online listings
• Packing and dispatching orders via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL portals.
• General warehouse duties
• Checking Goods In, labelling and organising stock
• Stock Control
• Some purchasing
• Previous Ecommerce or online sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Ebay would be a great advantage. Although training can be given.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and with a high level of attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent time and selfmanagement
• Attention to detail with speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work within a small friendly team as well as individually.
• Other general administrative and adhoc tasks in association with goods sold online.

In Return
We are offering £11.00 P/H ( Approx. £21500k P/A ) based on 37.

5 hour week:
8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
