A fab opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into the world of Finance and work within a collaborative and nurturing environment.


A day in the life of an Aiimi Finance Assistant:

  • Approving expenses in line with company procedure and protocol
  • Onboarding new suppliers and periodical review of existing suppliers
  • Raising POs and obtaining authorisation
  • Processing supplier invoices and obtaining authorisation for payment
  • Supporting accounts payable administration
  • Supporting weekly & monthly reporting
  • Adhoc Finance administrative support as and when required

Requirements:

  • We are open to looking at individuals with experience OR who are looking to join us via an Apprenticeship scheme and gaining your AAT qualification alongside experience within the field
  • Please note that this role will require hybrid working so being either based in Milton Keynes or within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes is key
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills and a passion for numbers is essential
  • The ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to work well with others and build internal and external partnerships
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Must have the willingness to learn
