Your primary objective:

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining custom applications, integrations, and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Staying informed about Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.


To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
  • Salesforce Certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
