As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a responsible team entrusted with the day-to-day well-being of young individuals. Your responsibilities will involve encouraging engagement in various activities, contributing to care schemes, and upholding high professional ethics.
Tasks include:
- Contributing to care plans, drafting reports, and overseeing progress.

- Background in Residential Childcare and experience working with young individuals.
- Possess a valid Manual UK driving license.
