Are you a passionate and committed Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher seeking an excellent opportunity in Chorley? Spencer Clarke is looking for an EYFS Teacher to join our team and collaborate with a dynamic and supportive primary school renowned for its inclusive and nurturing environment. This school prides itself on fostering a love of learning, encouraging creativity, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported. The role is full-time for the entire academic year, starting in September 2024. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offer competitive pay between £120 and £250 per day.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
  • Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring individual progress and providing constructive feedback to support students' growth.
  • Employing a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Promoting a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages the social, emotional, and academic development of children.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience or a strong interest in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Adaptable, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
