Cromer House Dental Practice is looking for a vibrant friendly Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team.

Excellent front of house qualities
Positive attitude to help develop future practice goals
Great level of Customer service skills
Must be reliable, punctual, with a friendly and professional manner
To be able to develop professional relationships with patients and the team
Ability to resolve day to day problems
Experience in Exact SOE software would be desirable but not essential
A good level of IT skills with a knowledge of Word/Excel programs
Consistent learning and contribution to the development of the team and practice
To use initiative and be pro active
An understanding of CQC requirements/ practice policies
Carrying out requests from the Director/Group and Practice Managers as needed

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:00

Friday - 08:00-16:00
