About Our Client:
Our client are a highly successful and supportive workforce. They train, develop and invest in their staff.
As the Payroll Assistant you will be joining an established team, reporting into the payroll manager in a very fast-paced dynamic environment.
The key responsibilities of the payroll assistant will include:- Assisting with payroll processing for over 300 staff
- Collecting, calculating and inputting data
- Maintaining employee records
- Processing starters and leavers
- Payroll queries
- Calculating deductions, contractual changes and bonuses
- Annual preparation of P11D's
- Ad hoc support within the payroll department
The Successful Applicant:
The successful payroll assistant will have:
- Experience processing a high volume of payroll
- Exposure to Coins payroll system highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Up to date legislation knowledge
- YOU MUST HAVE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
