We are looking to recruit
FULL and PART TIME STAFF to join our team at CANONMILLS


With dining on two levels, the upstairs main dining room accommodates 38 diners, while a private dining room below is a suitably intimate environment for groups of up to 12.

There is also a bijou outdoor drinks terrace overlooking the Water of Leith serving drinks and light bites

  • The successful applicants will:_
  • Have an absolute passion for creating inspiring cocktails
  • Serve the finest of wines, cocktails and drinks
  • Hosting, taking and serving of drinks orders
  • Preparing the bar/restaurant for opening
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service at all times


References must be provided with
competitive rates of pay starting from £ £11.00 per hour, plus additional gratuities circa £3.

00+ per hour
