Our Client's Legal Team is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join them.

Under the guidance of their Head of Legal and Regional Head of Legal, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's interests by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for our UK Service & Insurance business.


Your responsibilities will include documenting services provided to our customers, providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, and supporting our entities in legal and regulatory matters.nYou will act as a trusted business partner offering developed and clear legal advice relating to both the UK & Ireland Business Unit and wider regional projects.nYou will also support the UK & Republic of Ireland entities with regard to legal, regulatory and internal standards and rules to support the Solvency II framework and ethical working practices.


Requirements:
nA qualified legal professional with experience in UK regulatory environmentsnKnowledge of ICOBS, IDD, and relevant regulatory frameworksnExpertise in advising on Insurance Distribution and related legal mattersnFamiliarity with Financial Crime, Competition Law, and Data Protection regulationsnHardworking and trustworthy individual with outstanding interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
nBachelor's degree in law or equivalentnCompletion of legal trainingnQualified solicitor or barrister


This is a senior position with an annual salary up to 110k Therefore, due to the high volume of applications we receive, only highly experienced candidates will be considered for this vacancy.
