Your role at a glance
As part of a dynamic Court of Protection team, you will handle a diverse caseload for the Mental Capacity team. Collaborating with partners and team members, you will engage with various multidisciplinary teams internally and externally. Additionally, you will manage files and contribute to the professional growth of junior colleagues.
Key requirements for success
To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience as a Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer specializing in Court of Protection Law, particularly in mental capacity work. Proficiency in Court of Protection procedures is essential. You must also demonstrate strong skills in business development, marketing, and client management. An ability to mentor junior team members is a significant advantage.
