Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure all administration duties are up to date and completed in a timely manner.

Key Functions:

  • Liaising with Hauliers
  • Liaising with Customers
  • Liaising with customers on export clearance
  • Generating pick sheets
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of using the 'NAV' system desirable but not essential.
  • Record pallet movements.
  • Update dispatch and pallet reports.
  • To have a total understanding of the picking process and be able to make alterations as and when necessary.
  • To be able to investigate any stock discrepancies and notify relevant personnel.
  • To ensure that correct hygiene standards are adhered to.
  • Advise Planning Dep't of any shortages.
  • Ensure delivery notes are available and signed by contract drivers.
  • To ensure that GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) are followed at all times.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£12.12 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
