Our Way Leeds is a is a consortium service delivered by Foundation offering accommodation and floating support to empower young people aged 16-25 to live independently.

We are recruiting a floating night support worker to be based in Armley, Leeds for the Our Way Leeds core & community cluster service.

Foundation is a Leeds based charity that provides life-changing support to vulnerable people across the city of Leeds. We are committed to providing innovative services that empower people.

As a Casual Support Worker you will provide housing-related support services to a wide range of individuals.


Your role will be to provide tailored support to help address the individual needs of the client to maximise their independence.

You will be a self-motivated, solution focused and a forward thinker. You will need to work well, both individually and as part of a team.
